Jessica Dominique Cosmetics are made from quality, naturally derived ingredients, but also contain a preservative. Preservative is added to extend shelf life and to prevent products from spoiling. While preservative additives are not ideal for skin, they are far more beneficial than the moulds and bacteria that would otherwise contaminate the product. All Jessica Dominique Cosmetics contain only 1% preservative.
